Certified Instructor Course

instructortrainingBecoming an Instructor is possible only through consistency in training and having a strong passion for teaching the art.

We hold Intensive Instructor Training Courses throughout the year but there are other Fast-Track options available, including private lessons and tuition.

Security / Law Enforcement

We have carefully designed a programme to benefit Security and Law Enforcement professionals who find themselves in potentially dangerous situations. You will learn how to apply and respond to: Restrains/Controls/Locks, Weapons, Disarms,
Take Downs, Team Work, Multi-Assailants, Restricted Self-Defence, Techniques Within and Around a Vehicle, Environment Awareness and much more.

Women’s Self-Defence

Women are encouraged to join our regular classes; however we also offer seminars and courses for women-only groups who want to learn how to deal successfully with the most common attacks and physical abuse women can face.

Children’s Self-Defence

The children’s programme is specifically designed to meet the needs of young children interested in mastering the basics of martial arts and self-defence.

The programme and teaching system includes lessons in Safety and Life Skills.

By overcoming the challenges in the class and getting rewarded for that, they create a solid foundation for Self-Esteem and Character to face the challenges of everyday life.

Training Workshops

Film Choreography and Action Performance

coriInstructors and students from 5 Element Wing Chun have been asked to perform stunt work in films, due to our proven skills in performing physical action and fight choreography.

The latest work taken on by the school was for the horror sequel, World of the Dead: the Zombie Diaries, due for release in mid 2011. Members of the school performed the film’s dynamic fight sequences, working alongside the lead actors.
